Booking + Cancellation Policies

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. In the event you need to reschedule your appointment you are given one transferable deposit. To cancel or reschedule an appointment with less that 48 hours notice, please contact anulookbeauty@gmail.com. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your non refundable retainer will be forfeit and not apply towards a future appointment. Additional info: • A late fee of $20 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay. AnuLook Beauty reserves the right to cancel makeup services after a 15-minute delay. In the event that makeup services are cancelled due to delay the deposit is forfeited. • Additional persons are not allowed to the makeup session. • Appointments needed before 10am will be an additional fee of $20. • Client must have groomed eyebrows. An extra fee of $10 will be applied to final balance if eyebrow grooming is needed. • Please note: I only travel for parties of 5 of more. Travel fee will be applied at $.75 cent per mile.
